Welcome to L-O-David's small open-plan urban loft in the Villeray district. Newly renovated by the owners who give a second life to reclaimed wood, inspired by Scandinavian, urban and industrial style, you can enjoy this comfort in peace, because we are in a family and peaceful neighborhood accessible close to the highway, metro station as well as buses, supermarket (grocery store), coffee shop, pharmacy, parks... NON-SMOKING building. The space Located in a Duplex building in the basement, NON-SMOKING, the main entrance is also for tenants and owners. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook good dishes, and the bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo and toothpaste for emergencies. The queen size bed is new and very comfortable. The open bedroom has a closet and a very bright work desk for a half basement and 7' ceiling. The living room area has an electric fireplace, smart TV, Xbox, Netflix. A washer and dryer are also at your disposal, with detergent and softener. Everything in the loft is available to you. Parking is free on the street.
