Lovely, spacious home on quiet cul-de-sac w/parking, minutes from the mountains, Denver/Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater & many quaint Urban hoods Denver's known for. Close to public transit, bike/hike trails. This is a great rental for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Contact me with any questions! PLEASE, NOT TOBACCO USERS The space Adorable, spacious room w/comfy bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet space, and sitting area. Main bath is across the hall and only used by guests. There's room in the garage for bike/ski/snowboard storage and such, so no need to store in your room. Guest access You'll have access to a chic, modern kitchen, inlcuding frig/freezer storage, living room, laundry room (for guests longer than 7 days) patio w/grill, porch swing with newly xeriscaped grounds. During your stay I'm available by phone during waking hours. If I'm around, I'd love a quick chat and cup of coffee as I love meeting new people. And I'd love to share some of the amazing points of interest in and around Denver. However, that's entirely up to you. I'll respect your need for space, privacy, and solitude if that's your wish. Let me know and I'll accommodate to the best of my ability. Other things to note I have a swamp cooler instead of A/C because it puts moisture into the dry Colorado air.
