The modern loft finishes hold a completely furnished space, set right in the heart of quaint downtown WBL. Dozens of shops and eateries greeting you at the front door. Shop, eat, trail walk or visit the lake two blocks away or head to the downtown areas of Minneapolis or St. Paul in twenty minutes. The space The WB Loft, is a gorgeously renovated space. With granite countertops, a fully functional kitchen and beautiful details, you’ll find yourself right at home. The design is beautifully done, merging modern convenience and old world charm. The home of the Loft is a one hundred year old building, the historic details woven throughout its interior design: exposed original beams, original hard wood flooring, and preserved railings. The window trim is made of the 2x4s of the walls that were removed as part of the open concept layout. The railing at the lower back entry was preserved from the original building supports and the dining room table is an original access hatch from the building! In the kitchen you’ll find silverware, knives, kitchen utensils and cookware for use. Dishes, kids dinnerware and other appliances also provided for all you could need! High ceilings and an open concept make this the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. Guest access Guests have access to the entire second floor space. That Old Blue Door, a boutique of up-cycled goods, is the perfect spot to start your shopping extravaganza, and occupies the first floor. Both spaces have separate entries. WB Loft guests also have access to a private outdoor patio. A keypad is located on the back door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you the day before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. Other things to note Each window has a pull down shade. When operating, please use two hands to both raise and lower the shade. Our garbage is typically picked up between 6-7 AM Tuesday morning. We do ask, if you’re staying Monday night, please roll garbage and recycling to the curb on Monday night. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with an exterior camera at the front door. The camera are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
