Other things to note Please note that one driveway parking spot is included. Oak Park has no overnight parking on the streets (except by permit or in paid lots). Please note: The Village of Oak Park recently passed a new Short Term Rental Ordinance (number 21-54). Part of that ordinance requires that I have a list of First and Last names of each person who will be a guest in our short term rental beginning June 1, 2022. In addition, the maximum capacity in our home is 5 guests, otherwise there is a $200 (and up) violation fee. In order to expedite the booking request, please include the First and Last names of each guest.
