The Cozy Corner is a combination of style and comfort in so many ways from the double windows and sliding glass doors that flood the space with light to the airy and peaceful design that makes it feel like home. The Cozy Corner is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston and NH Seacoast, close to Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots. 10 minutes from major shopping centers! The space This bright and airy, open concept apartment has everything you need for your stay and uses all 550 sq ft of its space to its fullest. There is 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a granite breakfast bar and sliding glass doors onto a small deck area. There is a brand new couch with a pullout queen-sized mattress and memory foam topper, and brand new cot with memory foam mattress, stored in the closet for an additional sleeping option, if you don't mind the space being a bit tight. The bedroom has a brand new Queen-size bed with new pillow-topped matress and built in usb chargers on both sides of the bed for easy device charging at night. The bathroom has a shower with strong water pressure and a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is completely renovated and modern and has all of the appliances you could need for your stay, with new oven/stove, refrigerator, granite countertops, sink and faucets, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and fully stocked cabinets with everything you'll need! The living room is furnished with a brand new and comfy couch with oversized cushions, as well as a custom leather chair that is surprisingly comfortable to relax in. There is also a 4k, smart tv fully loaded with all your favorite viewing apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Youtube TV, Disney+, ESPN app, and others) for you to log in to with your account, or if you don't have any of those services, there are free tv apps available as well, and of course, free WiFi throughout the apartment. You will have full access to the apartment and will be given an access code for the electronic touch pad lock on the front door, which will be good for the duration of your stay. There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars as well as temporary parking available across the street if needed. the Cozy Corner is a small but open place with the space used well, and is ideal for small groups of 1-4 guests, but can sleep up to 5 people if you don't mind the space feeling "extra cozy" Guest access Full and private access to the apartment. Please note that the Cozy Corner is a separate apartment, connected to a large house with two other living spaces, one in which the owners live with their family. The full size of the Cozy Corner apartment is 550 sq ft. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping) allowed inside the apartment. Also, please do not smoke marijuana on the property, whether in or outside the apartment, and do not burn incense or scented candles of any kind. Those scents and odors can linger and cause irritation to future guests. Although we do provide the essential needs (hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, towels, sheets, blankets) we do not provide personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc due to the massive variety of options and people’s very personal preferences as well as sensitivities to different scents and ingredients. There are a good amount of shopping options very close by to get anything you may need if you happen to not be traveling with these items.
