(PLEASE SECURELY LOCK AT ALL TIMES) Driveway Parking is behind a security gate with remote control access with auto close - when available for 1 COMPACT VEHICLE/SMALL CAR ONLY and is located approximately 60 feet away from House Entry. Driveway Gate Access is for Entry of Cars ONLY. THE GATE IS 30' FEET LONG AND IS LOUD WHEN OPENING AND CLOSING. IT YOUR VEHICLE IS LARGER THAN THE SPACE WE HAVE AVAILABLE, you may need additional parking space) or YOU LOST THE REMOTE CONTROL or misplaced you will need to obtain an overnight parking permit to park on the street (Between 2am-6am). The fee for overnight parking is $4.00 per night . Vending machine to obtain the nightly PASS or weekly overnight parking pass is located at San Gabriel Police Station 625 South Del Mar Ave. San Gabriel, Ca 91776 (1.3 miles - Approximately 5 minutes away from this Unit). We can also assist in getting for you. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU LOSE OR MISPLACED YOUR REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE DRIVEWAY ACCESS. The cost to re-place control is $150.00 as they have to come out and re-program all the controls that have access to Driveway. During your stay As much or as little interaction as you would like. Other things to note We prefer to share our space with individuals who provide us some information about themselves and have a complete Airbnb profile ID, Email and Phone Number along with a picture and a brief description for their visit. Also guest staying longer than 28 nights will need to fill out a rental application (used for emergency purposes). Through time of sharing this Property with others we have found that if everyone simply cleans up after themselves and is overall a decent person it can be an amazing environment to live in.
