We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes. We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. ​​ Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home (you aren`t sharing the house with anyone - it`s all yours) and most resort amenities (by purchasing passes after you arrive). Guests will also have access to the Bayside Resort amenities by purchasing recreational passes before you arrive - purchase more than 9 days in advance for the lowest pass prices - they go up $5 per pass after that per HOA rules. There are 3 day passes and weekly passes available. You don`t have to purchase any passes if you don`t want to - purchase only for those who`ll be using the resort amenities.
