We just ask that you clean up after yourself and make sure any dishes you use are put in the dishwasher. There is also a fire pit and lawn chairs that are available for guest use. Other things to note There is guest Wi-Fi throughout the house and you'll receive the password upon booking. Please keep in mind, however, that the house is located in a rural area and not all cell phone services have coverage out here. The Wi-Fi is reasonably strong, but should not be counted on for heavy use. Right now three of the rooms - the Heritage, the Farmhouse, and the Rustic Rooms - have flat screen TVs with Dish network access. There's also a TV in the common living room. Lastly, as this is a new home, we are still working on the landscaping. The plan is to have a beautiful, native plant garden throughout the property. Until we realize the full vision, you'll notice mostly lawn and some early plantings.
