Beside but TOTALLY SEPARATE FROM MAIN HOUSE with PRIVATE ENTRANCE, deck, glider, gas grill, FIRE PIT & hammock. SELF CHECK IN! (It has its own heat & A.C.) *X-TRA CLEAN & DISINFECTED!160 Sq. ft. Carriage house beside our home, Surrounded by trees & nature! * IT HAS: Lovely Queen Bed area with comfy queen bed, Electric fireplace, Kitchenette with small dorm size fridge, Keurig/coffee maker, hot plate, pot, skillet, Sink, microwave, dishes etc... Adorable tiny bathroom with full size shower, new toilet, towels, wash cloths, blow dryer & essentials included! Plenty of electrical outlets & charging ports! *No Wi-Fi. There IS a New T.V. with good channels, & DVD player! (For better channels- In menu (TV remote)-do auto channel tuning) *Cell reception may be spotty with some carriers. *2 pull out's under bed for luggage. *10 minutes to gas & convenience stores & 15 from local restaurants. * Enjoy a sunset on the bench under the old tree house, or cross our front yard & take a stroll on the cut path around the mountain knoll...or have a cozy fire-(wood & starters in wood shed across from Tiny House.) 🌲Leave your hectic life behind & just breathe! :) Come & Enjoy a truly unique stay Guest access *The tiny guest house with porch, fire pit, gas grill, hammock & picnic table below deck. *Enjoy dry wood & starters...from the wood shed (white slider door) across from tiny house! *Cross our front yard & enjoy a walk around the cut mountain Knoll path, or a sunset from the bench under the old tree house! *You're also welcome to take a walk out the lane. :) Other things to note *SELF CHECK IN!!! Door will be unlocked for you. **2 Under bed "slide outs" for luggage. *Do auto channel tuning on remote if tv channels are few. *We do not have WiFi up here *Cell service can be spotty at times (with some carriers). *Dry wood in wheelbarrow in wood shed...open white slider door by picnic table.(Can also put cushions there to keep dry. :) *Enjoy a sunset on bench under old tree house, or a stroll out around the mountain knoll :) *No pets!(Because of extreme sensitivity!) *No smoking anywhere! *You can plug in the vintage porch roof lights-"outside".
