Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing. The entire home and all outdoor patio areas have Wifi access. All bedrooms and living room have large flat screen HD SmartTV's. There is also unlimited local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada. You'll find everything you need is at your fingertips. The living room has large comfortable seating for the whole family, a large flat screen HD Smart TV, cable, BluRay DVD player, movies, books, and board games for the whole family to enjoy. The room opens out to a sunny, south facing pool with ample deck space that's screened off from the neighbors. You'll find lounge chairs, a patio table, and a Bar-B-Que are all there for you when you feel like enjoying the outdoors. Pool heating is available upon request (a daily pool heating fee may apply). A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. If your stay is during the Christmas holidays and you would like the home to be decorated, please let us know and we will have it ready for your stay. The spacious master bedroom looks out over the swimming pool. It has a queen size bed, flat screen HD Smart TV, cable, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. This bathroom has a shower. Between the dresser and the walk-in closet, you'll find there is plenty of storage space! The guest suite also has a view of the pool. It has a full size bed and a flat screen HD TV with cable. There is ample storage space in this room as well. It has two night stands, a dresser, and a closet. This room shares a bathroom with the kids room. That bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo. The kids room is sure to be a hit! With a twin/full bunk bed and a twin trundle hidden underneath, there is ample sleeping space for up to four people. All three mattresses are extremely comfortable! The kids will never get bored in here! There is a large flat screen Smart HD TV, XBox 360, BluRay DVD player, books, board games and more. Bring your own Xbox 360 games or feel free to use the games and dvd's we have provided. There is also a closet and dresser with ample storage. If you have little ones traveling with you, we have a variety of things to make your trip a little easier. There is portable playpen, high chair and umbrella stroller. If you have dogs traveling with you, we have a variety of things to make their trip a little easier too! We provide water and food bowls and medium size dog bed. We also provide 2 extra large crates with covers. There is a separate pet fee for guests bringing dogs. Please reach out to us prior to booking to discuss the pet fee. Security - Property is equipped with cameras and a Ring doorbell for the security of the guests and homeowners. These devices record activity on the outside of the home only and are primarily for the security of the home when vacant. (1) Ring doorbell located by the front door and is monitoring the front porch. In addition, 3 cameras total. 1 camera is located on the east side of house monitoring the east side of home. 1 camera is located on the west side of house monitoring the west side of home. 1 camera is located above the garage monitoring the driveway. All devices are on 24/7. Guest access This property is a single-family home with a private, screened in swimming pool in the backyard. There is also a front patio with seating. A full size washer and dryer are also provided. All of these facilities are available for your use during your stay. Other things to note This property comes with plenty of towels and sheets for your use. We provide a starter pack of necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. If your stay will be more than a few days, you may want to make a quick stop to pick up extra toilet paper and detergent. Please note that there is a 6% local Osceola County tourist tax.
