Downtown Room with Private Bathroom

Do not book room if you have a problem with dogs. My home is great for medical students, broadway cast/ crews, solo/ couples, and business travelers. Located 2 miles from Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center. Amway Center, soccer stadium and Camping World Stadium are 3 miles, and Fashion Square Mall is 2 miles. I am with in 3 miles of many of the local hospitals including, ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Florida Hospital on Rollins. 8 miles from Orlando International Airport. Arrival time needed. The space Your bedroom, Private bathroom, the laundry room and kitchen Are available for your use. The kitchen and laundry room are obviously shared by myself. My personal bathroom bedroom and office are 100% off-limits. My home is not equipped for special needs or some specific disabilities. There are two dogs that live in my home. Guest access Areas in house are available except my bedroom, my office space, and my personal bathroom, and limited to my living room. I ask you to please not interfere with the speaker or television in my living room unless you ask permission first. The grill and the hot tub in the backyard are off-limits. If you would like to use the grill or hot tub, please ask me first. Smoking is only permitted outside and I ask you to please clean up after yourself. No additional guest than who is registered. No parties, no sleeping on the sofa, and please no feet on the living room furniture. If the requests are not followed, and I have to ask you to abide by the rules more than once, you will be asked to leave the premises without refund. During your stay I am as available as you need me to be Other things to note I have two very friendly dogs Vida and Soleil, but please do not feed them human food. If you would like, please ask where their treats are and I will leave a few out for you to give them. I ask you to please keep your bedroom door closed at all times due to the fact that I do not want the dogs entering your personal space. Do not book this room if you are not a pet friendly person
