Apartment on organic farm 'Laussnitzer'

The cozy, well-equipped apartment for 5 people on the organic farm Laußnitzer with cows, chickens and pigs is located at about 1,200 m above sea level on a sunny south-facing slope. The farm is the starting point for hikes in the Carinthian Nockberge in summer and winter. The Ski Eldorado Katschberg can be reached by car in 10 minutes. In walking distance Rennweg there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket. The space The cozy apartment with a comfortable living space of 63 m². It includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with a seating area. There are two spacious double rooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe; if necessary, an extra bed offers a place for a 5th guest. Bed linen is included. The modern bathroom with shower, bath and toilet is equipped with soap, towels and a hair dryer. A washing machine is available for use at no extra cost. Other things to note Please include any children in the booking; children over the age of two will be charged as regular guests. After the booking you will be asked to provide the names of the guests so that I will be able to prepare the rooms accordingly. I reserve the right to change the booking if necessary. Thank you for your understanding! Even four-legged friends are welcome! For each pet there is an additional 3,- € fee per night. Please let me know when booking if and how many four-legged friends will be accompanying you, so that I amend the booking price - Thanks! Please note: as this is a farm with dairy cattle, the background noise during the times from 6.oo to 7.3o am and 5.3o to7.oo pm can be a bit higher due to the milking machine and its cleaning!
