Other things to note Assigned parking for one car is behind the property down an alley. The parking spot is not suitable for large SUVs or pickup trucks. Also, the alley is very tight for a full size SUV or truck. During winter and on snowy days, or when snow is in the forecast, the alley can become solid ice, making it very difficult to get in or out. Therefore, when snow is in the forecast or if there is snow, it is strongly recommended to park at the public parking garage located nearby. Be aware that access to the property requires two flights of stairs (31 steps total). There is no elevator.
