The beautiful Woodland Getaway is tucked away from everyday hustle and bustle. Stretch out on a lounge chair & watch the wildlife on the elevated screened in porch surrounded on three sides by trees. Sit on the ground level back deck at dusk & wait for the deer to arrive. Secluded and private the Woodland Getaway is the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. The space This three BR two bath house has plenty of room to spread out. The house has three levels plus a basement. You enter on the second level in the LR. Also on that level is the DR, kitchen & screened in porch. The fireplace in not in service to be used. The porch is a wonderful place to eat, nap and visit. The dining room has floor to ceiling bay windows that makes you feel like your sitting in the trees playing with the squirrels. The third level has three bedrooms and the main bath. The first level (lowest) has a bathroom with shower, a room with a ping pong table & punching bag. Beside the play room is a room for sitting, visiting, reading or a desk is available. A deck is outside this room.. The next level down is the basement with the washer and dryer. With the sloping of the land all these levels are above ground except for the basement. Which is partially above ground. Guest access Guests will gain access to the house via a lock box. That key will only open the main entrance door. The code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. Guests will be able to access all areas of the house except the attic and the shed. Other things to note The house does have steps. The house is situated on 1.20 acres. When facing the house there is a split rail fence that runs from the street down back. That fence is on my lot line. Please stay within the fence on my land. I also have a split rail fence going around the back of the house along the top of the bank. That fence is there for safety. Please don't stand or lean on the rails. The house is nonsmoking and no pets. The house is situated in the woods and with that being said you have a good chance of seeing Western Maryland wildlife.
