The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. We are sorry about this inconvenience. Guests checking in must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID with a credit card for a refundable $100 security deposit. You will then receive your keys from the front desk. Please be aware that there are no elevators at this resort and units are townhouse style with stairs inside the unit. Units do not have individual barbecue grills, but there are common barbecue areas and a picnic area. Temperatures in summer can reach over 100 degrees. Most units will have intermittent road or train noise. The resort is situated near a railroad track. Occasional noise disturbances may be experienced. The adjoining resort property is undergoing construction through July 2017. Noise and construction activity may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
