The loft is on the 3rd floor of the building, with an elevator. There are train tracks that run parallel to Morris Ave and this property is in close proximity to the tracks. The train doesn't blow its horn though, and reviews can ensure it’s a quiet environment to enjoy. Parking pass for one car included during your stay (long term guests inquire). Additional cars can pull a parking ticket $5 a day. There is a Smart 55” TV with streaming services (Prime, Netflix, YouTube Tv, HBO GO, and many more) and there is also a digital HD antenna connected to the TV. Minimum Stay: Weekdays, one (1) night, Weekends we prefer a two (2) night minimum (i.e. Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday night stay), unless a Friday or Saturday is already booked. Single night weekend stays are permitted at a higher nightly rate. ID VERIFICATION: Minimum age with no additional deposit is 25 years old. Guests below this age will incur an additional Refundable Deposit charged thru STRS app and returned upon move out condition of unit and House Rules compliance permitting. Digital/Remote ID Check: Due to our COMMERCIAL INSURANCE POLICY an ID check is required to verify age and renter as well as enable contactless check-in . Access will only be granted after the person paying for the reservation/making the reservation provides a copy of his or her's government issued ID. If the person booking the property is not staying in the unit the actual tenant must also provide a copy of their driver's license and or Government issued Id. Just as if you were checking into a hotel. You must submit your ID prior to the cancellation window closing. Thank you.
