Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains. The space The large detached deck is big enough for a family reunion, playing cornhole or badminton (games provided). The large fire pit is another outdoor space to enjoy. You will have the entire house to yourself, with a kitchen so well stocked that you can prepare a small meal or serve Thanksgiving dinner. Each sleeping area has a smart TV. A large selection of board games and cards is available. Poplar Cove Retreat is the perfect place for a peaceful, quiet weekend or as your home base for a week of exploring the Cumberland Plateau.
