Bedroom 1 is one of three AirBnb bedrooms inside a 5-bedrooms, 2300 sq ft+ house in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Santa Teresa foothill. At most we host up to 3 guests. Guests share 1.5 bathroom and all other common areas, including kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, laundry area and fitness room. All rooms have digital lock for added security. The space Room has 4K smart TV, 50 Mbps wifi, ample storage and desk for work/study. All guests have their own laundry basket and shoes storage inside your room. Bedroom One shares 1.5 bathroom and common areas with 2 other bedrooms. Guest access Guests are welcomed to use all common area: kitchen, living room, dining room, family room , laundry area and fitness room. A fully equipped kitchen has a wide varieties of appliance and seasonings available for light cooking. Three bedrooms share one refrigerator for cold storage as needed. Pull-out shelf assigned for each room for non-perishable pantry items. Washer, dryer and laundry detergent available on site. Fully equipped exercise room features incline trainer, elliptical, rowing machine/recumbent bike, weight bench and more. During your stay We love to socialize with our guests but we will respect your space if you prefer. Our big dog, Max, is very old at 15. He likes everyone but doesnt do much. The small one, Momo, love to be pet. It’s perfectly ok to ignore them. Other things to note owner of 2 friendly dogs
