Professionally designed and remodeled Duplex with a light, airy aesthetic, and natural textures throughout. This listing is for one half of a remodeled two-unit duplex. This unit is about 800 square feet. It includes a newly remodeled kitchen, living and dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. As you enter the space you will be welcomed by a modern farmhouse design of living room plus dining table. The lighting is excellent all around. We have design the space to where you can easily relax and unwind. In the living room has a flat 40” screen smart TV where you can access Netflix, Hulu, and other TV apps. There is no antenna or cable! The design is completed with a sleek white and gold couch, rusty coffee table and side table. The newly remodeled farmhouse kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, oven gas range, over the range microwave and double door fridge. While there is no complimentary breakfast, we always make sure there is coffee and tea stocked for your convenience at our coffee bar. The dining room is open to the living room and has seating space for 4. A square white dining table with black tall dining chairs. The bedroom boasts a Queen size bed with a brand new mattress and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. This room is a modern Boho style with abstract art and honeycomb shelves. There’s a bathroom with an oversized walk-in rainfall shower, plus fully stocked vanity toiletries. This apartment is complete with an easy to control Mini splits both on the living area and bedroom, smart TV, and plush furnishings. You will have direct access to the laundry room. Please remember that the laundry room is a shared space and you must not leave your belongings unattended plus always be fully dressed when in shared spaces. That includes wearing a t-shirt at all times. We have a big backyard/patio that we are still working on. This space will be shared between the units and at the moment with the hosts. Guest access There is a parking spot out front on the driveway. Each apartment comes with 1 parking space. There is also free parking in the front of the duplex on the street. Your designated parking spot is where the fence is. Guests have access to the whole home, but not including the top floor where the second half of the duplex is. There is no connection between each floor. They are completely separated. There is an asphalt area behind the duplex that is accessible as well, but not set up for guests. Only thing shared between both units is the laundry mat. Coin washer and dryer. Are we booked for your preferred dates? Laundry room is shared between units. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, we do charge a pet fee. Our goal is to compete with other nicer, boarding options in our area and compensate our cleaning team fairly after a pet has stayed. Our pet fee starts at $25/per night per pet. Please ask if your pet can stay before confirming your booking. The house is pet friendly for well-behaved dogs, although they’re not allowed up on the couches and bed. If anything is damaged beyond washing, the cost of replacement items will be billed against your security deposit. You’re also expected to clean up your pet’s waste from the yard. Pets waste in the yard will result with an additional $50 cleaning fee. If you will be staying long term with a pet please let us know we will just charge a pet fee
