This is an entire downstairs suite with master bedroom, bath, living room, sitting room and kitchen. However, regardless, you are the only guests in the home. Guest access You will have access to the entire bottom floor of this home. No one is staying upstairs when you book. Other things to note Newly renovated complete with Green Onyx Marble countertops - (please, do not place hot objects on the countertops as they will crack. Also, wash countertops only with soap and water). Kitchen essentials, linens, towels and soaps are provided for you. Washing and drying machines are available too! High speed internet access and ROKU Internet TV is available. This is a safe, peaceful, and quiet area, across the street from the St Johns River, the Arlington Marina and Jacksonville public boat lunch. Enjoy sunset views over the downtown bridges and sit on the front porch while the sunset illuminates the stunning 100 year old oak trees on the lawn. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. But please, remember that Jacksonville is a large city and practice your safety precautions. Lock your car doors and do not leave anything in your vehicles. Douse all fires in the fire pit completely before leaving the area. There is a garden hose on both sides of the house to assist you. Please use them also to rinse off your beach equipment and sandy feet before entering the home. This will make your stay more pleasurable.
