Our lovely top floor, ocean view condo is steps to the beach & pool. The condo is the perfect size for a couple but could also fit a small family. Located in the ‘B’ building, you are only a short walk to the gorgeous beach and Hilton Head Island’s largest beachfront pool. The 3rd floor is accessed via stairs or elevator with ramp access into the building. The space There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, adjacent shipmate bunk beds, and a full sized sofa bed. It is perfect for a couple! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need including – stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, separate coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and all pots/pans/utensils. The balcony has 4 chairs and 2 side tables, perfect for sitting with your morning coffee watching the sunrise or something a bit stronger in the evening as the sun sets. Other amenities include free Wifi and cable TV. You are also welcome to use our personal beach items stored in the outside cubby (chairs and a wagon). There is a washer / dryer room located on the 2nd floor of the B building. The Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is a secured, oceanfront community with many amenities including two pools, kiddie pool, 8 lighted tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts (more coming soon!), fitness center, 3 on-site restaurants, sno-cone shack, catch and release fishing pond, surf fishing, on-site bicycle rental, picnicking/grilling, playground, volleyball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. In the summer, there are weekly events/activities for kids and adults (The Dive-In Movie night is always a huge hit!).
