Wide double glazed sliding doors open to a loggia providing covered outside area. Living level has a generous sized open plan lounge with library and dining, Smart TV, fully equipped foodie kitchen. Bathroom has shower and laundry with tile floor heating. Bedroom level has two bedrooms and a central bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. Tile floor heating and heated towel rail. Each bedroom has a king bed. (Option to unzip king bed and make two singles in one of the bedrooms). Roll-a-way-bed can accomodate a fifth person in the 2nd bedroom. Remote control black-out blinds on ventilating skylights, privacy shutters to openings above living level. Guest access There is a lift to the first floor apartments from the basement car parking and ground floor entry lobby. However the apartments themselves are on two levels, and there is a stair to access the bedrooms at mezzanine level. Other things to note On-site car-parking available on request. There is no reception, and an email will be forwarded to you two days prior to your arrival with key pad access instructions. Each room has a king size double bed. One of these can be converted into two single beds. Please advise when booking if you would like this option. There is also a roll-away-bed available for a fifth person on request, which attracts an additional charge
