Welcome to the small, family house Siass. The Landhaus Siass is the ideal place to escape from everyday life and recharge your batteries. Kohlgrub is ideal for exploring the Ammertal and the foothills of the Alps. In summer you can take advantage of countless hiking and cycling opportunities. In winter there are various ski lifts, cross-country ski trails and the toboggan run at your disposal. In order to be able to fully enjoy the active but also the cultural offerings, we use the Königscard. The space Heartfelt welcome to our new country house Siass. Our apartment for 2-4 people is ready! Enjoy your holiday with the KönigsCard in apartment No. 3 at the country house Siass. The vacation apartment, with 56 m2, is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy dining area, as well as a sofa and an armchair. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. From the living kitchen, you can access the covered furnished balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as pots, plates, cutlery, etc. Additionally, a radio is integrated in the kitchen. With the flat-screen TV and the existing blackout/sun protection roller blinds, you can fully enjoy the evenings.Hand and bath towels, hairdryer, mirror cabinet can be found in the bathroom. Bed linen, bathrobes, and a bag for the sauna visit are also available. We are happy to deliver fresh rolls to you daily (except on Sundays and public holidays). Breakfast at the spa Siass can be added on request for €10.00 per person. The sauna located in the basement will be gladly turned on upon request. You will also find a selection of drinks in the basement for a fee. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. Guest access open WiFi Other things to note The holiday apartment has a second bedroom with a bunk bed. A travel cot for children can be placed in this room. Please let us know if needed. There are no additional costs for children up to 5 years old. A tourist tax of 2.40 € per adult person will be charged on-site.Y You are allowed to travel with pets; however, we reserve the right to charge an additional 10.00 € per day. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM (On request, the key card can be left in the key safe). Check-out by no later than 10:00 AM. Breakfast can be added for 10.00 € per adult person per day. Alternatively, we also offer a bread roll service.
