Conveniently located near Business Hwy 85 and Highway 9. The home is nestled near the Milliken property. Bring a bike or walk safely on the back roads to USC. Plenty of privacy and mowed area to play. Careful attention with front and backyard since the home has a circular driveway and an elevated stonewall surrounding the house. You will have the entire house, private lawn and large area for parking trailers, trucks etc. we have housed businesses with truck equipment so they don’t have to haul it back and forth to a job when located out of town. We have had long stays as well due to business finishing jobs. Please feel free to inquire about this. Please note the “Golden Nugget” which is CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT, my experience with traveling has encouraged me to have a early check-in AND Late-out available for scheduled reservations. You can relax and take your time! Most check-ins are at 4:00 PM! We have the house ready in the morning, which gives you an extra day! Check-outs are commonly 10 AM! You can stay till Noon! I will also be happy to accommodate special request for special occasions for guests staying in our home. We are a private Airbnb and not a company so all the pillows, comforters and rugs are cleaned in between guests. Perfect place when visiting colleges and preparing for Graduations. Colleges Nearby include: USC University of SC, Wofford, Spartanburg Methodist, Sherman College and more. You can access business 85 and Hwy 9 with ease. Our property is 6.7 acres with plenty of parking and a circular driveway.
