Guest room is in a quiet area of house with private bathroom and laundry. The space has Netflix, access to personal Amazon Prime, and other tv apps. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a blocked road. Due to our work schedule and to make sure we have enough time to clean and prepare for your stay, we ask that you check in after 5. However, please feel free to ask if the room is available for early checkin, if needed, as there may be times we will have it ready before 5 o’clock. The room is behind the garage and garage door is the access to the room. I will give you the code after booking for self check in. Your space is clean and remodeled. Please excuse the garage imperfections as it is going to be remodeled. Your space has a king. The space has an electric fireplace, an air conditioner during warmer seasons, closet, tv with access to streaming apps, WiFi, small table, chairs, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee/tea bar. A washer/dryer is available in the bathroom. Your bathroom is private. If your stay is a week or longer I would like to coordinate time to use the washer and dryer. Also, there may be times we need something out of the garage or storage closet outside of guest room but I will always communicate needing access to the pantry closet before ever entering. We will use the garage but enter only the through the outside garage door. You are more than welcome to use the garage to store your valuables such as bikes or SUPs. There is a tall black fridge and freezer near your room. If you need to store additional ice or frozen food please feel free to use that freezer. Please leave our belongings. The door to the main house is locked. You don’t want on that side, anyways! We have kids and it is always a mess!! We want your stay to be comfortable! We are available and can be helpful if needed during guest stay. We are on a quiet dead-end. However, walking distance to grocery store, mini mart, pharmacy, fast food, and bus stop. Guests cars have space on street in front of house. Bikes are welcome to be stored in garage. Our BnB is new and developing as we go. The space is newly remodeled. We are adding the finishing touches like trim around a few baseboards and door. Everything is functioning, clean, and safe! We hope you excuse our minor unfinished tasks.
