Gorgeous Paradise Getaway! You won't even know that your in a subdivision from the time you walk in the door. It is conveniently located to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Lake Folsom, hiking & Biking, a big community center with skate park, and playground equipment. 1- Please provide ages of the children so that I can suggest age appropriate activities. 2- The pool is NOT fenced.
