Large pool and attached spa (pool/spa heat is optional and an additional charge per day). 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Sleeps a maximum of 10 people. The space - 1 Master Bedroom - King bed with private bath - 2 Bedrooms each with a Queen bed, one with a private bath - 2 Bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, both share a bathroom Sleeps Maximum of 10 people, 3 bathrooms total. Multi zone a/c; large pool with attached spa (pool/spa heating is an OPTIONAL & ADDITIONAL per day charge); 3 cable TV's ( 1 large smart flat screen) ; outdoor gas BBQ grille; mature fruit trees; covered patio. Owner is friendly and lives nearby in Palm Springs. The house is located in a desirable South End of Palm Springs neighborhood. Palm Springs City has no real public transit, except an occasional bus that you probably wont take. Transportation is best by car, or a taxi/Uber/Lyft can be called. Maximum Occupancy A maximum of 10 people are allowed to sleep overnight. (Strictly enforced). POOL/SPA HEAT Pool heat might not be needed in the late spring, summer or early fall. Winter heating of the pool is an optional and additional flat fee of $200 to preheat the pool to 83 degrees, PLUS $80/dollars per day to maintain the heat. Pool heat includes spa heat. If you desire spa heat ONLY (no pool heat) the daily charge is $80/day. Advance notice is necessary for pool heat as it can take approx. 10 hours to completely heat the pool from standing outdoor temperature. Spa takes 20 minutes to heat.
