The space Walk to the beach and enjoy beach living the right way from this two story three bedroom two bath, featuring huge ocean views and premium access to the most secluded and uncrowded stretch of beach you have ever seen. Mussel Shoal/Faria Beach is located a couple miles north of Ventura is a marine sanctuary with exposed tide pools, sandy beaches, and some of the best marine environments along the California coast. The area is perfect for surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding or just to enjoy long walks on the beach, hunting for shells and sea glass. While this beach is known for dolphins feeding and riding waves, whales can even be spotted during their migration. The sunrises and sunsets are exceptional and the Channel Islands are visible offshore. Enjoy the beach from home on one of the outdoor deck/patio areas, where you'll have unobstructed ocean views. The inside is bright with tonnes of natural light, Large sliding glass living room doors open out onto your front deck with sweet ocean views. The beds are memory foam and queen size in every room except for the Master bedroom, which has a really nice Cal-king size mattress and en suite full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has clean cups utensils pots/pans/plates, range/oven, island seating, new appliances everything you need to cook for everyone. All the furniture, Beds &linens, flooring, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms including all fixtures and showers are completely brand new.
