There is onsite, coin operated laundry as well for your convenience. The space Within 15 minutes or less of diving distance from Mohegan Sun Casinos and Resort, Mystic Aquarium, Ocean State Beach Park, Harkness Memorial Park, Niantic, New London, Groton, Sub Marine Base, Coast Guard Academy, Connecticut College, Millstone Power Plant, Speedbowl Racing Tracks. Guest access Front and back yards, picnic table area, lobby and guest laundry area. Other things to note Valid state issued ID required, complete with residential address, as well as valid, Credit Card for incidentals. Smoking inside will incur $250 cleaning fee. Animals are not allowed and undisclosed animal will incur $100 cleaning fee per animal. A security hold may be placed on your card that may take several days to clear after your check-out date. The Hotel requires a 100.00 USD security deposit at the time of Check-In for incidental or damages by credit card.
