Guest suite in Kennebunk

Welcome to The Nest! We offer a beautiful private studio suite in Kennebunk, Maine! We are half a mile from downtown Kennebunk Village and less than 15 minutes to Kennebunkport and local beaches! A keyless entry makes check-in a breeze! The space The Nest is bright, open, and airy! Spotlessly clean!! We are the perfect base for exploring everything Southern Maine has to offer! The Nest offers you: -Two comfy queen beds. -A small sitting area with a small (but mighty) library of books. - A smart TV with streaming channels. -A small kitchenette and dining area with all the basic essentials. - A well stocked coffee/tea station with a Keurig coffee maker. -A stand and sit-in shower with heated bathroom floors! We welcome ALL travelers!! For babies we offer the use of a pack-n-play, baby bathtub and highchair. For kids and the young at heart we offer books and board games. *There is one flight of stairs to get to the studio **Pets** We love dogs!! Well behaved dogs are allowed with a $30 per pet/per stay fee. Max 2 dogs. We provide an XL dog kennel and all dogs must be kenneled if left unattended. Flea free dogs only please. Going out for a day trip or a night out? I also offer a drop-in pet walking/feeding service for friendly pets! $15 for $15 mins. If interested please message me. Guest access You have full access to the entire private suite including the private entrance hallway and stairs. * There is one flight of stairs for access to the private suite located on the second floor. Other things to note We are a 100% NO- SMOKING or vaping property. If you have to smoke/vape please go outside only and dispose properly. Please don't litter. 🙂 **Disclosure: We do have one security camera outside of the entrance door for security purposes There are NO cameras inside of the studio. Check-Out: Check out time is 11:00 am. Since there is no key to return, just message us on Airbnb to let us know that you have left and the studio is ready to be cleaned.
