The space - Please leave the home the way you find it (i.e. Ensure the space is clean and everything is in place prior to check out). - Please turn off all lights and ceiling fans prior to leaving the home. - Please remove all trash from home and place in appropriate (trash/recycle) receptacles in driveway. - Please place used towels and wash cloths in the receptacle in the laundry room. - Please do not use the wash cloths to remove make-up. - Please follow Smart home instructions as provided. - No parties - No smoking - No sleeping on the living room couch. - Monitored security cameras are on premises in Common Area inside home, Front Door and back of home. - Please do not tamper with the cameras, thermostat and personal items in bedroom 2. - In the case of a life threatening emergency... call 911.
