Ocean front bungalow with 4 bedrooms sleeps up to eight, super easy to find with a beachfront hot tub. The Ocean front bungalow is next to the main home where the hosts stay. The bungalow is an L shaped unit with a courtyard giving everyone access and a beautiful ocean view. We are on the Ocean, literally the only unit right on the beach, and have fantastic beach access. Good for shell hunting, fishing, surfing, and beach fires. We rent the bungalow as a whole or you can rent per room as well. The space The bungalow is next to the main home where the hosts stay. Each room has a full bathroom. The unit sits over the ocean and has incredible wave sounds all night. There is a kitchen with a bar table that is perfect for 8 people. The Bungalow unit surround a common courtyard with a deck that is great for hanging out as the sun sets. There is a front patio as well, with beautiful ocean view. The hot tub is located in the front patio and is available for $15 per hour. The whole family and friends can enjoy the beach below as it is good for surfing, beach fires, camping and a small river outlet that leaves a beach in the afternoon to explore. Restaurant, Bar and cocktail lounge within 5 minutes walk, and convenience store just a bit more. "Town" is 5 minutes drive time and has 24 hour taco shops and a grocery store. Ensenada is 15 minutes drive time to the warf and we are located at the entrance to the wine country. Guest access Plenty of parking outside of unit. Gate at the front door, enter turn left to the back and units are elevated for Ocean View. No access to main home but free run of the Bungalows, courtyard space, balcony, and front patio. Pretty much everything but the main home.
