Electricity bill charges at 7 THB/unit. The bill will be calculated based on how many units you use during stay. 2. Smoking inside the room is prohibited, the fine will be 5000 THB. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor area. 3. The rent doesn't include daily cleaning service as we only charge 1-time cleaning fee, which is for check-out cleaning. 4. Stay over 10 days need to pay security deposit 5000 baht, and we will return deposit on your check-out day.
