My place is within walking distance to the city-centre, parks, the University, the Grand River and Trans Canada Trail, as well as grocery stores and restaurants and fun bars. You’ll love my place because of its relaxed vibe, bright open common areas and a grassy fenced in yard with a garden and lots of shade. Street parking is available on weekends, and for the first half of the month, and there is ample parking nearby. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Other things to note I have a very friendly and hypoallergenic dog named Gustav. He is big, but a teddy bear at heart.
