Near colleges, Miracle Mile, Hospitals and Movie Theater. The space COZY HOME HOUSE RULES & SECRETS! Booking implies you agree to the rules. -ID needed upon checkin - Quiet time - keep noise to a minimum after 10pm ( although it is a private mini studio the walls are shared with the rest of the home) - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs / weapons of any kind, the AUTHORITIES will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE VACATED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - There shall be NO SMOKING inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. Feel free to smoke outside, in front of the house. $75 usd cleaning fee if this rule is broken. - No use is allowed of the common areas (Kitchen, Living-room / Dining room). - PARKING - is provided in front of the house. Please park in front, between the two large pine trees. - We have our own Netflix available for you as well as Roku tv. - Wifi password provided upon arrival. - *Snacks and food items are available for a fee in your room through "Ven Mo" app or send money feature on airbnb for your convenience. - A 4 digit code will be provided upon arrival for entrance into the home - If you have troubles getting in call / text me. I can remotely control the home to let you in. - Security cameras recording around property. Any tempering will result in immediate removal from the property. - Sorry, no pets or extra guest . Please book accordingly for number of guests. - No long term stays / extensions will be granted. - If you accidentally damage anything please let me know via message so I can fix it. - Failure to follow house rules may be subject to IMMIDIATE EXPULSION from the property. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, it means it is also my home.
