Being centrally located on the lake, one can easily travel by boat to either side towards Willow Point Club / Parker's Creek Marina or toward the famed Chimney Rock and Chuck's Marina for delicious Pizza! The high end Catherine's Market and Springhouse Restaurant are located just 5-7 minutes away by car, giving you all the necessities. Nails Convenience Store and Lake Martin Liquor are just up the road.The cute towns of Eclectic and Tallasee are nearby, and Dadeville and Alexander City are about 18 minutes away by car. You will need a private car or rental car to access the property. The lake road has gravel and is accessible for all car types.
