Historic 8th St (Calle Ocho), The Biltmore Hotel, University of Miami, Venetian pools, Granada Golf Course and Miracle Mile are reachable within 5 minutes at most. Cozy, private, clean, comfortable and modern, tastefully decorated, what else can you ask for? You will feel like at home! The space Long term stays (+30 days) and 3 Month max stay. The property is located only one block away from the Coral Gables entrance at Coral Way west. You will enjoy a private access with smart electronic key pad and double lock for your safety. You will enjoy new features and cozy interiors with hurricane impact door and windows that were installed for noise cancellation as the noise/ temperature insulation on every wall. Windows and door are covered by clean designer’s curtains and zebra blinds for privacy and darkening options. The A/C unit is exclusively for the guest suite with its remote control. The new wooden/metal bed and memory foam mattress along with 2 extra pillows and one extra blanket are all you wish for a restfull experience. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, a small to medium size refrigerator, a bread toaster, a double burner electric stove, a rice cooker, pans and pots, a kettle, a blender, and a coffee maker. As a courtesy: coffee, creamer, assorted teas, sugar, water bottles and ceramic and disposable silverware, plates, mugs and cups are provided for your convenience. A folding table will be useful as a laptop space to work or to have dinner and two folding chairs are provided. There are two extra chairs and one small table in the garden as outdoor furniture. There is a 55” smart TV. WiFi access with optic fiber high speed internet is also provided for your convenience. The bathroom includes all the amenities: hot and cold water, clean towels, soap and shower gel, hand soap, toiletries and cleaning/desinfecting supplies are at your disposal. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer combo with a specific day to operate. As a courtesy I am providing for my first guests laundry soap. The place is brand new, cozy, comfy and modern, private, safe, centric, convenient, very clean and tastefully decorated... close to everything in the beautiful sunny Miami, come and see by yourself! Guest access Parking is free, in ONE assigned spot into the property, at the front of the street. During your stay I will be available for any question or need but interaction will occur only if you want to. I prefer to respect the guest space and privacy. Other things to note No parties, no loud music or noises, no drugs of any kind, no smoking and no pets, please. I am glad to help you giving you orientation and guidance but I can not do the laundry for you or clean your place, while you are living in the space. You will find the unit professionally cleaned, linens and towels are clean as well, the cleaning supplies are also included and available for you to use. The Laundry: Available on a weekly basis 3 hours at a time. Let me know when you reserve (in advance) which day of the week and at what time you prefer to use it (once per week) and I will connect the service on the same scheduled day and time every week. Tip: Gather all your belongings, since it will be your weekly time to do your laundry (or wait for next week…) The trash is collected on the plastic bins in front of the property. The green bin is for regular trash. The blue bin is for recyclable materials. The green bin is picked weekly on Mondays and Thursdays early mornings (9-11 AM). The blue bins are picked on alternate weeks on Mondays (early Monday morning). Please, dispose your trash on time accordingly. Don’t hold trash inside your unit or collect it outside waiting for the collection day, you can dispose it every time you need in individual trash bags directly on the bin, but for food/ materials that deteriorate, always it is recommended to deposit on the trash bin on the same day of collection (to avoid bad smells) (Miami high temperatures accelerate the process) keep that in mind.
