Max capacity is 4 people but we don't recommend 4 adults as the futon is comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids. This 1970's condo building has shared walls, so we suggest ear plugs for light sleepers. Note there is a fireplace in the unit, so there may be a lingering smell of fire/smoke from the creosote. Note: There is not an AC unit in the space. Guest access Access the building and condo via key pad. Door codes will be provided the day prior to check-in via Airbnb. Although the condo is on the ground floor, there are 12 steps down the ground level from the main entrance (like a 1970s-era split-level style). There are also steps down to the pool and steps up to the common area. The driveway is steep and well-sanded in the winter, but a 4WD vehicle still may be needed. Other things to note Firewood not provided, but readily available for purchase at local businesses. We prefer the use of Duraflame logs for cleaner burning and less mess. No dogs allowed due to owner allergies. Outdoor cooking/grilling not allowed on the patio or rooftop deck. Please use the communal fire pits and grills. Check-in is after 4:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Due to the number of condos that our cleaner is responsible for, we can not accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Chateau-LeVeaux is a 1970s-era building and the walls are thin. Guests may hear other guests in neighboring condos including upstairs neighbor. Although the building employs local pest control and we have new screens on the door and window, this is the the north woods and guests may still experience some bugs in the condo. All common building amenities including the pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room may be closed for unplanned maintenance or emergencies without advanced notice. Building staff will reopen amenities as quickly as possible.
