MODERN 3 STORY A-FRAME Cabin is located in the Ozark Mountains overlooking seasonal White River on a mountain side on 3 acres. There is 8 balconies, 1 wooden deck and a private sundeck. The cabin is 7 minutes to the city park, 15 minutes to Fayetteville AR and 25 minutes to Devils Den State Park where there is family/couple attractions, bike/walking trails & so much more. ***A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended to get up the steep gravel driveway.*** All the rooms have their own private balcony with individual heating and air conditioner. There is an open space for the dining, living room and kitchen area. There is a grill on the sundeck, a table with an umbrella and 6 chairs for your dinner gatherings. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a private wooded deck, and also a luxurious bathtub to embrace your self-care. The 2nd floor has 2 rooms, one bathroom and 4 balconies. One of the bedroom is with a king size bed. The second room is a quite place with a desk and sofa that makes into a bed for 1 persona. The 3rd floor has 4 balconies and 2 small rooms; one with a sofa bed that fits one person to relax and the next room has two single beds. Please note: children are not allowed on balconies or on the third floor without an adult's supervision VERY STEEPY STAIRWAYS ON THE UPPER FLOOR. All guests have access to everything in the house. I give my guests space but I am available when needed. My son Gilbert and his three furbabies live in the premise in his mobile home (far away from the cabin) and you still have your privacy in our 3 acres property and as a co-host he is available to assist in your needs if feasible. We are 15 minutes away from Fayetteville where you can find a lot of fancy restaurants in Dickson St. and only 25 minutos away Devils Den State National Park. The cabin is on the main cycling road in the area, bring your bike and go for a long ride through the Ozark mountains and the Devils Den State Park. There is Jake's pizza and hometown cooking and a great Mexican restaurant 5 minutes away in town. Grocery store is a local Harps. There are many fishing areas to select from to enjoy to spend more time outdoors. There are many biking and walking trails to choose from in Northwest Arkansas. Fun family and couple things to do in Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Northwest Arkansas are as follows: The Walmart Museum, 21c Museum Hotel, Razorback Regional Greenway, view the Buckyball in the evening at Crystal Bridges, Scott Family Amazeum, Dickson Street, etc. Please NO PETS ALLOWED. (Services dogs are ok with an authorization) UNPAVED DRIVEWAY in good condition. ***A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended to get up the gravel driveway. *** I highly recommend checking before sunset to ensure you arrive safely. 14044 S. This is a beautiful cabin outside the city and we have some limitations: water is from a well and not drinkable so if you rent the house for more than two days, the check in person will be there to make sure you have enough water. The guest is always notified in advance when the check -in person arrivals. Please be gentle flushing toilet paper, we are in a septic tank.
