Hummingbird Cove is a dead-end, so you will need to turn your car around to get back out the way you came in. Please go slow and look out for dogs and deer! A great neighborhood for walks when not enjoying lake activities! Other things to note Check-in time is 5 pm. Check out time is 10 am. There is absolutely NO smoking in the house or on the screened-in porch - NO EXCEPTIONS!!! No more than 8 guests are permitted/ STRICTLY ENFORCED! Parking for up to three cars only. There may be times when a handyman or repair person needs to access the home or property. I will always give a heads-up and get permission before they show up. Note cancellation policy is STRICT. If necessary, please take out a vacation insurance policy in advance!
