Custom experiences for the asking...just ask at time of booking! Boat is not included, but dock is available to house a rental during your stay, if arranged in advance, with refundable deposit. The space Right on the water! Look out the window and you are floating! Sleeps up to 8 people with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Perfect for family fun, a romantic 2 person or couples getaway, or a group retreat. Parking for 3 cars MAX. Tons of outdoor living space. Unobstructed views out to the lake from most every room! (Owner will allow a rental boat to be docked on the property, if arranged for in advance, with a $750 refundable security deposit for any dock damages cause by the rental boat. Owner does not broker any boat rentals.) Guest access Parking for up to 3 cars, MAX! Please do not park on the gravel drive beyond the trash cans. That is my neighbor's spot. Hummingbird Cove is a dead-end, so you will need to turn your car around to get back out the way you came in. Please go slow and look out for dogs and deer! A great neighborhood for walks when not enjoying lake activities! Other things to note Check in time is 5 pm. Check out time is 10 am. There is absolutely NO smoking in the house or on the screened-in porch - NO EXCEPTIONS!!! No more than 8 guests are permitted/ STRICTLY ENFORCED! Parking for up to three cars only. There may be times when a handyman or repair person may need to access the home or the property. I will always give a heads up and get permission before they show up. Note cancellation policy is STRICT. If necessary, please take out a vacation insurance policy in advance!
