Vacation at "The Boat House" on private beach

The apartment is family friendly (maximum occupancy of four, including infants—no exceptions) with its own 60 ft. of private beach (including beach chairs) on Little Traverse Bay. Bring your beach gear, beach toys and water shoes OR skis, snow shoes, and hiking boots, depending upon the season. Dave has a shop where he makes models of ships and planes. He is eager to show guests what he is creating on his work bench. Absolutely no pets. The space Come enjoy this family friendly beach apartment (552 sq. ft.) in a private community. The property features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 bunk beds) and a bath. The great room includes kitchenette with Thermador cooktop, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, and a complete set of Calphalon Cookware. Herbs spices, sugar, coffee and tea, as well as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and paper products are provided. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom. The Boathouse also has HD TV, AC/heat, charcoal Weber grill on large deck overlooking the private beach--access to 60 feet of waterfront! Also, a Pack n' Play, high chair and baby dishes. The Boathouse is nautical with model boats in the rafters and pictures of ships. It's rather like being on boat in that it's compact and cozy. Guest access Dave is an enthusiastic modeler, so come check out what's happening in the workshop! Other things to note Absolutely no parties, no pets, no smoking and no fireworks permitted on property. Unfortunately the Boathouse is not pet-friendly or accessible for wheelchairs as there is an outdoor flight of stairs to access the apartment. **Must be 25 years old to rent** Access to private tennis court and playground not included in rental.
