The beach house is beautifully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan dining area, smart TV, and BBQ. Located directly on the beach by the sea. Patio facing the sea with deckchairs and umbrellas, dining table, sofa group and private jacuzzi. Shared spacious pool. Three kingsize bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms on second floor, two with balconies facing the sea. Bed linen and towels are included. Rooftop with seating areas and wonderful views. AC and fans in all rooms. Weekly cleaning. The space This Absolute beachfront - 3 bedrooms ensuite / guest bathrooms located right on the beach, just by the sea. No way in between. On the other side of the house there is a large saltwater swimming pool, with a separate children's pool. By the pool there are several lounge chairs and two showers. There is also a gym with good equipment. In the house there are three spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom, toilet and shower. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with a view of the sea where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea or read a book. The third bedroom has a view towards the mountains of Burma and over the small fishing village with their boats. All bedrooms have fans and AC. At the top of the house there is a patio where the view is fantastic over the sea and nature. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and family room in an open plan with plenty of seating at both the dining table and the sofa area. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, hot oven, stove with three plates as well as a fridge and freezer as well as other conceivable equipment that is needed in a well-equipped kitchen. On the lower ground floor, directly at the entrance to the hall, there is also a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large smart TV on the ground floor. There are patios on both sides of the house, facing the sea or the pool area. On the patio facing the sea, there are lounge chairs, a dining table with six and some other chairs and coffee tables. There is also a jacuzzi. The patio facing the pool area has tables and chairs for sitting in the shade in the morning if you wish to have your coffee or breakfast there. The house has comfortable beds and comfortable mattresses and pillows. In 2024, the entire house was painted inside and out and a new microwave and oven were installed. Overall, a proper review was done in the house, with a nice new sofa, outdoor lighting, outdor furniture etc. Guest access All the house is available for the guests. Other things to note We recommend that you rent a family moped or moped with which you can transport yourself in the area. Visiting different restaurants, buying food for the house and being able to go on small excursions. In the area, the traffic is very calm and quiet with small roads, so it is safe to drive around on these roads. You can also rent a bicycle if you so wish. There are short distances in the village so that works well too. There are several restaurants in the village. During high season, about fifty. Low season fewer but there are always restaurants all year round. Many can deliver food to the house if you want to eat at home and which actually has the best sea view. Or go and get food to the house yourself, of course. It is also possible to order a massage to the house, with skilled masseurs in the area. The area has a spacious pool to share between 10 houses (25x7 meters).
