Walking paths and family park in our community. Great for a stroll, running or kids activities. Top Golf, restaurants, Denver outlets & shopping a short drive away. Located northeast of Denver, Waterside Todd Creek is where the burbs meet a little rural, but less now that they've built a lot more houses around us. Either way it feels like we are close to it all but just far enough away for it not to feel like complete suburbia. ***Important to me when I stay at hotels & Airbnbs are the quality of the beds! We planned the space with comfy (bought new) contemporary beds 🛏 When fitting out the apartment, I spent months researching mattresses and settled on four separate types so that guests could have sleeping options. If you don't like one bed, try another. All beds include mattress protectors and ALL linens (including blankets) are washed and cleaned before EVERY new guest arrives. We don't cut corners. Hot Tub quiet hours differ just because it is a residential neighborhood. * We have no restrictions on inside noise, but ask that after 1.30am any crazy loud noise be kept to a minimum. * Play music to your hearts content, but not at a level you can hear from outer space. More info > Our home was built in 2019 and the apartment was completed in September 2020. Furnishings and decor were purchased new and the space has been designed for comfort and function with guests in mind. We set out to make the apartment a home away from home with several personal touches and luxury elements. Our bathrooms include open shower spaces, the main enjoys a rainfall shower and freestanding tub. At just over 1700 sq. ft of living space, the walkout basement is more like a separate home, with most ceiling areas over 100". We've added new windows which means most of the home enjoys bright, natural light. Great for singles, families, or friends traveling. We block dates for varying reasons and keep some spare. ----------------- The apartment is a WALKOUT BASEMENT and even though we've built it to prevent noise transfer in either direction, footfall transfer & some sound can be heard from above. We do our best to minimize this, but naturally, some noise will be heard. In addition to our double-sided fireplace (available mid-October through May), our home is air-conditioned for comfort. Typically in a home with two levels the lower level can be a little cooler than the above. You’ll have a temperature gauge but thermostat controls live upstairs. If you have any concerns, we respond quickly to texts & messages. The apartment is fitted with plenty of linens, blankets, and is cozy and comfortable. Feel free to open the windows for fresh air but close them when you leave. ALL linens are washed including comforters and blankets before EVERY STAY. I take pride in this as I wouldn't want to stay somewhere that wasn't wonderfully clean! We have a video camera doorbell & cameras outside of the home for security. There are no cameras inside the home, these are for outside security purposes only - not just for us, but for guests too! **** We understand this is Colorado (and it can get cold), however there is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the apartment.
