No dirty musty smells here. All of the apartments are clean, have been recently renovated and have new appliances. The building has a shared patio just outside the back door perfect for enjoying your stogie and a glass of your favorite beverage. There is no smoking in the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is downtown so you can expect to hear downtown noises. It’s above a restaurant and you can sometimes hear music. The restaurant below closes at 10:00 so by 11:00 it’s pretty quiet. I personally am not bothered by it at all. Parking is limited to one space but if additional parking is needed there is nearby street parking and also a parking garage just a block away on the corner of third and Walnut.
