15 minutes to Downtown Denver and Stadium

Our house is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Very easy accces to highway 225, only 3 minutes away. We are within walking distance to bus stops, shopping areas and restaurants. It's only a 20 minute drive to Denver International Airport, 15 minutes to Bronco’s Stadium or downtown Denver. Only 5 minutes to the train station, 12 minutes to Denver University and 8 minutes to the Cherry Creek reservoir. Business License #207289 The space Our room is very cozy. We keep everything clean and neat while you are in our home. We have a very comfortable bed so our guests can sleep well. Guest access Smoking is outside. You can smoke on our covered patio/deck area. There is a table and chairs for sitting. During your stay Most of the time we are working, but when we are home we will give you space.
