The space This Condo is very spacious and comfortable with a fully Equipped Kitchen. Bright and open Living room! We ensure that you will arrive to a very clean Condo for your Florida vacation. Be assured that the entire unit has been carefully cleaned and freshly laundered before your arrival and after your departure. Codes will be provided for entrance gate and door. For your comfort and future guests there is not allowed smoking and pets inside the house, please respect this rule. We reserve the right to charge specific fees in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest access Guests are able to access entire unit and all commom area, such as pool area, sand court, picnic/bbq area, gym. We have a key pad lock. Code will be provided prior guest arrival. Other things to note Early check-in may be available, if bookings permit, send me a message to know about the fees. All Linen and towels are provided. House supplies are provided enough to get you started. Please respect all rules of our community, you will find them posted around the common areas of the resort. This is a self-catered house, as a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, a couple of loads of dishwasher detergent for the machine. To avoid any issue with tampering we do not leave any food item at the house, including salt and pepper. We had problems in the past with guests mixing spices and the next guest complained. To avoid any more serious contamination we do not leave anything food-related at the house. You will get a message with your Check-in and Check-out Instructions after Reservation is made, a few days prior to your arrival. The amenities are managed by Association Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.
