Stunning Views, Bucolic Bliss in 1790s Farmhouse

Sweetbrier Farm was built in 1793 and renovated early in the 21st century. The house features 5 bedrooms including a master suite, ample common spaces, huge kitchen, enclosed porch, luxurious pool, and a pond. The space The house is filled with unique 18th century details – wide-timbered wood floors, exposed beams, tiny nooks – but it's also roomy and comfortable. There are five bedrooms (one in the attic) and many common spaces – dining room, family room, open kitchen/living room area, enclosed porch, home studio, and large patio. The house sits on a sixteen-acre plot, and much of that land is ready to be explored. There's also a pool next to our historic barn. We recently installed solar panels on the barn, because we're committed to making Sweetbrier more sustainable. Guest access Our entire home is available for your use. Our barn is off limits to guests. Other things to note Our house sits close to a highway. There is plenty of greenery to maintain privacy, but traffic is sometimes audible. The bedrooms are only accessible via stairs.
