Welcome to my Arizona home. I recently moved to Arizona and fell in love with this Central Phoenix home but have since decided to sale my home. I plan to foster/adopt sometime (next two years) and decided to rent the extra bedrooms to save for future adoption/childcare costs. Note:Due to Airbnb Covid restrictions: kitchen use is limited & dishes must be put in dishwasher for sanitization The space This 1951 home is fully furnished with a mix of mid century decor for your comfort and enjoyment. You are welcome to relax in the shared living room, utilize the kitchen or relax on the back patio during your stay. Each bedroom comes with a Queen Size bed, hangers, towels, Roku TV w/ Netflix, Hulu & Sling TV. Coffee, Tea (Black and Herbal), Sugar and Creamers available for all my guests. My home is in a great location, only two blocks from the Grand Canal Trail, and a short walk to the Metro Light Rail or Melrose where you will find great shops and resturants. Each room is available for both short and long term guest stays. Discounts are available for both full week / month long stays. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or requests.
