The space Check in / 3pm Check out / 11pm ARRIVAL: You may drop off a bag in the morning and check-in between 3 pm and midnight, on appointment. DEPARTURE: Leave the apartment before 11 am. It’s possible to leave a closed bag during the day in the lobby if your flight leaves late. NOTE: If you request a late check out or early check in, please text me. If possible and depending on the day, our cleaners may be able to accomodate you but a $25.00 surcharge will be applied. Very safe, secured building. This apartment comfortably sleeps 2 (1 king). One vintage inspired bathrooms located in the master bedroom ensuite. Other amenities, free laundry facilities , extra closet and storage space, stair and elevator access, one parking space provided in gated, covered parking. Guest access Guests will have access to entire apartment and amenities. Also small gym to the left of the lobby. There is a courtyard between buildings that has a gas grill and is available for your use as well. Other things to note *We do not tolerate Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa. *NO extra guests besides those included in reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s). *We send you a copy of our guidebook 24 to 48 hours in advance of your arrival. In it is a detailed list of all the amazing restaurants and entertainment in the area, most within walking distance or a short Uber drive from the property!
