This beautiful, quaint tiny home is the ideal retreat for your relaxing vacation getaway. With an open concept living space, the living room features comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV with Wi-Fi. The full kitchen has a range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything you would need for cooking. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary K-cups and creamers. The master has a comfortable queen size bed, and there are two twin size bunks as well. A full bath with shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap are also provided. Enjoy your private covered porch while watching for fireflies and listening to the area’s wildlife. The park spans 1,354 acres of meadowlands, woodlands, hills and escarpments, providing hill country vistas between Leander and Liberty Hill. The park also includes 73 campsites, 24 of which have water and electric hookups for RVs. It also has 20 miles of hiking and equestrian trails, a day-use area that has horseshoes, washers, picnic tables, a playground, grills and a large pavilion. River access is also available at the park for swimming and fishing. Additionally, the park has a 4,800-square-foot interpretive center that will feature the flora, fauna and history of the area through interactive exhibits, as well as a rentable meeting space and library. Hands-on exhibits will be added to the interpretive center in the near future where visitors can learn about the natural, cultural and historic resources that make the park special. River Ranch County Park will be open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., with gates to incoming traffic closing at 9 p.m. The day-use fee for River Ranch County Park is $4 for adults. Children ages 12 and under are free, while adults ages 65 and older are $2. Restaurants such as Dahlia, Liberty Hill Beer Market, Malted Grains, Jardine Carona, & Hell or Highwater serve great food and drinks within 1-2 minutes of this cottage. There are beautiful hiking trials nearby at Tejas Park, Balcones Wildlife Refuge and Garey Park. Lake Georgetown also boasts over 20 miles of beautiful trails as well as great swimming. Visit Sweet Berry Farms, Spyder Mountain Mountain Bike Park, and Hidden Falls Adventure Park only 30 minutes from our location. Get lost in beautiful Georgetown with its famous shopping square full of unique shops and enjoy one of many festivals and events. Home is located 6 miles from Leander Station where you can board the Metro Rail to ride into Austin. Ride services like Uber available to Austin, Georgetown, Leander, & Cedar Park as well. Downtown Austin is just 34 miles away if you choose to drive. We are centrally located in the middle of the Texas Hill Country with many wineries, breweries, distilleries, the Highland Lakes chain, amazing food and amazing festivals to enjoy. T.V. is watched by using personal logins for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Local channels and cable are not available. We have 6 other tiny homes available at this same location.
